Mosaic Flip is a basic tile-flip arcade with cosmetic monetisation pressure. Flip tiles to match a target pattern within move limits. The format is functional but the monetisation undermines it.
What works is the tile-flip animation. The flip happens smoothly and registers immediately. The mechanical foundation works.
What does not work is the depth. Every level uses the same flip-to-match mechanic. No special tiles, no combination patterns, no power-ups. After fifteen minutes the format has nothing more to offer.
Tested over one Osaka subway ride before deleting. Touch is the natural input. Mouse-click works.
Where the game tries hardest is the cosmetic-tile-theme shop. Twenty different visual themes through grindable currency. None affect gameplay.
Where I would push back is the monetisation pressure. Ads after every level. Paid skip available. The basic format does not justify this load.
Two-and-a-half stars. Functional basic tile-flip arcade ruined by monetisation. Skip in favour of better tile games on this catalogue.
